These plans will vary by state which makes the evaluation extremely difficult. As a licensed producer/agent in South Carolina, I will base my reviews on plans sold in South Carolina. Before proceeding with buying or changing any plans, you must review the specific policy language as it pertains to your plan in your state. Most states have Departments of Insurance which is part of the state government. And some have a Consumer Affairs Department. Either or both are valuable sources for information. Don't hesitate to call these government agencies for assistance. They have qualified professionals who can help steer you in the best direction. I didn't say right direction because everyone' s situation is unique and what is right for one is not for another.
